Custom Residence, Corona del Mar, CA
This residence replaced an existing residence on the site. The site was lowered several feet to both protect neighbors views, while raising the ceiling height of the residence. Views and Ocean breezes were captured with the use of several large pocket doors at the rear of the residence. The house wraps around an open entry courtyard.
